Online Payment Option:
If you select the option to Pay Online, after you complete the online registration form and press Submit, you will be redirected to PayPal.com to process your credit card payment. Please note: a PayPal account is not required to submit a credit card payment via PayPal. A 2.5% convenience fee will be added to all online payments. Remember to click back to the NDRWSA site after completing your PayPal transaction. If you need assistance, please contact Lisa Schatz.
Lodging:
Lodging arrangements should be made directly with the Ramkota (701) 258-7700. A block of rooms has been reserved under “Rural Water.”
Cancellation and Late Fees:
When you register for EXPO, we make arrangements for your arrival. In the unlikely event you have to cancel your registration, the following cancellation policy will be applied. By registering to attend the event, you are complying with the cancellation policy. A $50 administrative fee will be charged on all refund requests on or before February 4, 2019. Cancellations received after February 4, 2019 and registered no-shows will be assessed the full registration fee.
Operator Reimbursement:
If you are a water treatment or water distribution operator for a system serving a population of 3,300 or less, you may qualify for reimbursement, funded by a training grant administered by the ND Dept. of Health. We will have reimbursement forms available at our registration desk.
