Wastewater Technical Assistance
The Wastewater Technical Assistance Program is managed by the
National Rural Water Association and operated by state rural water associations. The program
is funded by the USDA Rural Utilities Service (RUS).
This program provides hands-on assistance and training to
wastewater systems in the primary areas of treatment, operations, maintenance, management,
finance, and funding.
