Online Payment Option:

If you select the option to Pay Online, after you complete the online registration form and press Submit, you will be redirected to PayPal.com to process your credit card payment. Please note: a PayPal account is not required to submit a credit card payment via PayPal.  A 2.5% convenience fee will be added to all online payments. Remember to click back to the NDRWSA site after completing your PayPal transaction.  If you need assistance, please contact Lisa Schatz.

Lodging:
 
Lodging arrangements should be made directly with the Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center, 800 S 3rd St, Bismarck, 701-258-7700.  A block of rooms has been reserved under “ND Rural Water.” 
 
Cancellation and Late Fees:

EXHIBITORS:  In the unlikely event you have to cancel your registration, a $50 administration fee will be charged if notice of cancellation is received on or before January 28, 2019. No refunds after January 28, 2019.  An additional $50 will be added to registrations postmarked after January 28, 2019.
