DUNCAN, OKLAHOMA – The National Rural Water Association (NRWA) is pleased to announce David Baird as the next Deputy Chief Executive Officer for the organization.
Hailing from Delaware, Baird has extensive experience in the water and wastewater industry, most recently serving as the District Coordinator for the Sussex Conservation District. He has deep knowledge of public policy, regulatory and legislative affairs, conservation practices, water quality management, and much more. Baird is a graduate of East Carolina University (BA) and the University of Baltimore (MPA).
