The National Rural Water Association's 2025 Annual Report highlights a year of significant advocacy, technical assistance, and workforce development across rural America. NRWA's grassroots efforts achieved a historic milestone when the Circuit Rider Program was specifically named in the President's budget — the first time any technical assistance program received such recognition.
Operationally, NRWA's programs impacted an estimated 40 million people, logging over 487,000 hours of technical assistance and conducting 1,311 training sessions with more than 30,000 attendees. The Apprenticeship Stipend Program distributed $1.87 million to 278 apprentices and 192 mentors.
