Sienna Houle
Sienna joined North Dakota Rural Water as the Source Water Protection Specialist in November of 2025. Originally from Baxter, Minnesota, she is passionate about hydrology and excited to contribute to the meaningful work being done by ND Rural Water. Sienna brings experience from her previous role with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. She also holds a B.S. in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in Geohydrology and a minor in GIS from Bemidji State University.
During her time at Bemidji State, Sienna proudly presented research on aquifer hydrodynamics at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research. Outside of the office, Sienna enjoys hiking, reading, and playing pickleball.
