Lodging
Lodging arrangements should be made directly with Best Western Ramkota Hotel in Bismarck at 701-258-7700. A block of rooms has been reserved under “Rural Water.” When making your room reservations, please remember the 2015 EXPO is Wednesday-Friday.
Cancellation and Late Fees
EHIBITORS: In the unlikely event you have to cancel your registration, a $50 administration fee will be charged if notice of cancellation is received on or before January 23, 2015. No refunds after January 23, 2015. An additional $50 will be added to registrations received after January 23, 2015.
ATTENDEES: When you register for EXPO, we make arrangements for your arrival. In the unlikely event you have to cancel your registration, the following cancellation policy will be applied. By registering to attend the event, you are complying with the cancellation policy. A $50 administrative fee will be charged on all refund requests on or before January 30, 2015. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after January 30, 2015.
NOTE: If you are a water treatment or water distribution operator for a system serving a population of 3,300 or less, you may qualify for reimbursement, funded by a training grant administered by the ND Dept. of Health. We will have reimbursement forms available at our registration desk.
